How to Measure

		Sleeve	With arm relaxed at side and slightly bent, measure from centre back neck, over the shoulder, down to the outer wrist.
		Chest	Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest and shoulder blades, then drop your arms to your sides to measure.
		Length	Measure from the highest point of the shoulder to the bottom of the shirt.
